Add support for overlay of Human Body Pose

The X-Ray Scan Healthcare use case requires continuous tracking of the body pose of the patient. The idea/requirement is for VSS to be able to display the overlay of the body pose. The information would be sent using NVSchema messages through Kafka or Redis.
